I'm getting stoned.

In an effort to prep for the move to Japan, I’ve become a lemming. I've joined the thousands of people who have bought the Rosetta Stone language system.

So far, so good. I've learned quite a bit. The system does not use translation. Which was odd at first, but it actually is a more intuitive way of learning.

I paid for the 6-month on-line version and I'm working my way through the first lessons. Here's hoping that it works.
